The Welcome
Stack

Put your product in the hands of fifty AI builders on the day they join, with an account, credits and a reason to open it that week.

TAG is a workspace and community for people building with AI, at Jacob Bontiusplaats in Amsterdam. Every new member receives a stack of partner tools on day one. This is how a partner gets into that stack.

What you are buying

Every other sponsorship sells you reach. This one sells you activation, and then tells you the number.

A conference badge scan is a name. A logo on a banner is an impression. Both are bought by the thousand and neither tells you whether anyone opened your product.

The Welcome Stack is a different transaction. A new TAG member signs up, and on their first day they receive your credits against a code that exists only for TAG. They are a developer, they are surrounded by other developers, and they have a reason to build something with your tool that week.

Then we report what happened. Not reach. Redemptions, and how many of those people were still active thirty days later.

What a comparable spend buys elsewhere

A logo, a booth, a list of scanned badges, and no idea who ever tried the product.

What it buys here

Fifty activated accounts from one named cohort, with a start date, an attribution code and a day-30 retention figure.

The product

What lands on
a member’s first day

Not a welcome email with a discount code buried in it. A stack: every partner tool, each with its own redemption, handed over at the moment someone has just committed to spending their working week here.

The stack is also why a member chooses TAG over a cheaper desk down the road, which is why we have every reason to make yours land properly rather than bury it.

Where the fifty come from

50 signups, 50 days

The cohort is not a projection. It is a campaign that is already built and running to a deadline: current membership rates hold until 30 September, and the founding form of the Welcome Stack goes to the first fifty members. Four pieces of creative carry it across paid social, the community list and the room itself.

At Founding Partner level your name runs in that creative. The campaign fills the cohort you are buying, and the stack is what makes the campaign’s offer worth answering. The two pay for each other.

What you receive, and when

Reporting

Every two weeks
Signups to date, redemptions against your code, and day-30 still-active for every cohort old enough to have one.
End of campaign
The full fifty: redemption rate, activation rate, retention, and what members actually built with the tool.
Every quarter
A review against the same numbers, which is also the renewal conversation. No surprises in either direction.
Attribution
A redemption code issued only to TAG members, so the figures are yours to verify on your own dashboard rather than take on trust.

You will never receive the member list

Members redeem directly with you and become your user under your own terms. TAG reports aggregate counts and never transfers personal data, to you or to anyone else. Where a member wants a direct relationship, they opt in to it themselves. That is a deliberate limit: it is what makes this compliant reach with no GDPR exposure on your side, and it is why the community is still worth something in two years.

Next step

A twenty-minute call,
then your tool is in the stack

We need three things from you and nothing else: what you can give a new member, how they redeem it, and who at your end reads the report.

The call

Twenty minutes. What your product needs a developer to do in their first week.

The offer

You set the credit amount and the redemption route. We write the member-facing copy and send it to you.

The stack ships

Your tool is in the welcome pack for every member from the day we agree it.

The numbers

First report two weeks later. Renew, resize or stop, on evidence.
