The technology can be applied broadly, but every implementation is tailored to how a client actually works. The real value comes from translating business processes into useful AI workflows and agents that people adopt and use every day.
The role
Tisser is looking for an AI Implementation & Delivery Lead who can take clients from initial use-case discovery to a working, adopted AI workspace.
This is not a traditional project-management role. You will combine client leadership with hands-on AI implementation. You understand what current AI models can and cannot do, and can independently configure workflows, knowledge sources and agents within Tisser One.
You do not need to be a full-stack developer, but you should enjoy building with AI and be comfortable moving between client conversations, workflow design, prompting, testing and implementation.
What you will do
- Translate business processes and client needs into concrete AI use cases, workflows and agents.
- Configure and build those workflows and agents directly in Tisser One.
- Set up instructions, knowledge sources, tools, guardrails and review steps.
- Test and improve output quality together with users and the product team.
- Lead onboarding and implementation from kick-off to adoption and measurable value.
- Help clients redesign ways of working rather than simply adding another tool.
- Manage scope, planning, stakeholders and expectations on both sides.
- Identify technical dependencies and coordinate more complex integrations with the developers.
- Monitor usage and results, and improve implementations based on real-world feedback.
- Recognise opportunities to expand successful use cases across teams or processes.
- Turn recurring implementation patterns into reusable approaches for Tisser.
Who they are looking for
- Practical experience building or implementing AI-powered workflows, agents or applications.
- You understand prompting, context design, knowledge retrieval, model selection, evaluation and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- You can tell an impressive demo from a reliable workflow that works in practice.
- Comfortable with no-code or low-code AI tooling; coding or API experience is a strong advantage.
- You can lead conversations with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Structured, pragmatic, and able to turn ambiguity into a clear implementation plan.
- You take ownership of outcomes and are willing to build, test and troubleshoot yourself.
- Commercial awareness — you recognise where AI can create additional value for a client.
- Experience in SaaS implementation, AI consulting, automation or technical customer success is helpful.
- Available four or five days per week.
