Meeting rooms in Amsterdam Oost, included with your desk
Members of TAG book the meeting rooms through the member portal, at no extra cost within fair use. Take a call, run a pitch or get your team around a whiteboard without leaving the building.
The rooms
- Meeting Room A, 8 people. For pitches, team meetings and calls with a screen to share. Has a display, a whiteboard and video conferencing.
- Meeting Room B, 4 people. A small room for quick discussions and one-on-ones. Has a display and a whiteboard.
- Focus room, 6 seats. A quiet room for deep work, with sound insulation, natural light and adjustable desks. No conversations or calls.
How booking works
Rooms are booked in the TAG member portal and are included in every membership, subject to reservation, availability and fair use. Book what you need, keep to your slot and cancel what you no longer use, so the rooms stay free for everyone.
Bigger than a meeting?
For talks, workshops, meetups and hackathons there is the event space. Send us a request and we will get back to you personally.
Questions
Can I rent a meeting room without a membership?
The meeting rooms are for TAG members. To run an event for a larger group, use the host-an-event page and we will look at the event space with you.
Do meeting rooms cost extra?
No. They are included in every membership, subject to reservation, availability and fair use.
Is there video conferencing?
Yes. Meeting Room A has a display, a whiteboard and video conferencing.
