Bio

Caesar Schoorl is an Amsterdam-based AI consultant, trainer, and co-founder of WAISE AI. He runs an independent practice helping organisations across the Netherlands — from Miele and CyrusOne to the Hogeschool van Amsterdam — navigate AI adoption through workshops, custom automations, and hands-on consultancy. His work spans AI fundamentals, prompting, marketing applications, and sector-specific use cases, all built around the conviction that AI should be practical and accessible rather than theoretical.

With WAISE AI, Schoorl is building a tool that analyses a company's specific context, matches it to the best-fitting AI tools, and generates a step-by-step implementation plan. The goal is removing the friction that keeps most businesses stuck at the hype stage and never reaching real integration.

Schoorl writes regularly on Substack and for Dutch publication Frankwatching, exploring the philosophical and practical dimensions of AI — what intelligence actually is, how learning works in an AI-saturated world, and why most doomsday narratives miss the point. His voice is measured and skeptical of hype, which makes his advocacy for adoption land differently: he pushes for responsible, grounded integration rather than breathless acceleration.
