The building
Getting in
Street-level entrance at Jacob Bontiusplaats 9. Follow the Personify signs from the door. Doors open at 09:00.
Getting out
Leave through the same entrance. If you step out during the day, have your badge or Luma QR ready to come back in.
Toilets
Follow the WC signs from the main room. Ask any host if you get lost.
Food and drinks
Coffee and tea run all day at the catering station. Lunch at 12:30, snacks in the afternoon, drinks from the showcase onward.
Power
Every team table has a power strip. Bring your laptop and charger.
Parking
Building parking is not guaranteed on a Sunday. Public transport is the safer bet. If you do drive in: press the intercom button once, only once, and say you are here for AI AM.
Emergency
Emergency exits are signposted. In an emergency, follow the hosts. First aid kit at the check-in desk.
